Aside from in a smoothie, it’s probably one of the most delicious ways to consume turmeric (especially with what I’m about to share with you).
And the kids can drink it too!!!

THE BEST INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS
You definitely don’t need anything fancy.
Here are the best ways I have found to get this lovely beneficial root into my family, recipes included.
WITH PHYTOGOLD BLEND
- 8-12 oz of choice of milk warmed
- Add in 1 scoop of Modere Phytogolds
- Stir in with a whisk or a frother
- Dash of cinnamon or cardamom or both!
WITH TURMERIC POWDER
- 8-12 oz of choice of milk warmed
- stir in 1 tsp of organic turmeric powder (more if desired)
- 1-2 tsp of raw honey (or sweetener of choice)
- Dash of cinnamon or cardamom or both!
