The most Delicious Quick Dinner: Chicken Mac and Cheese

Need a fast family dinner to add to the list? This is it!

I will cook this up on a Saturday when I’m not feeling like chef mama, or when I absolutely can’t think of anything else to make and I need to feed my humans in a half hour, or they’ll start eating my curtains.

It’s super easy and simple.

It can be served with or without chicken, but without, well then that’s just plain mac and cheese 🙂

Also,

This type of chicken goes good with just about anything!!

It’s a great quick cook to add to your chicken recipe repertoire.

Shred and add it to a salad, along side rice, or beans, in pot pie, or anyting that you like to eat chicken with.

Tacos for instance!

That’s it. Easy-peasy-mac-and-cheesy!

Head below for the recipe!

No story about the dogs, a recent trip to Target (though there are many), or kittens necessary.

Please let me know how you like it!

Buen provecho!

Equivalent of Bon Appetit but en español 😉
