I used to also! Our family and friends also struggled with feeling bloated and crummy after the holiday feasts.

Especially the ones with dietary restrictions (one healing from cancer), ailments, dietary sensitivities (gluten and dairy), and digestive issues such as IBS and Crohn’s.

They’re why I decided to create this Holiday Bloat Buster thing.

We look forward to this time of year and we shouldn’t feel like complete crap after it. At least not if we can help it right?!

Either way, you’ll be drinking three specially crafted juices (16 oz each), for three days alongside your regular meals, targeting digestion and vitality (that’s 9 juices total). Helping your tummy digest, and your energy stays on the up and up.

All the preparation will be done 1-2 weekends BEFORE the holiday.

You’re going to be busy enough with Thanksgiving, especially if you’re hosting, and likely tired afterward, so you’re not going to want to juice after. I know I don’t!

FIRST – you’ll download your HBB Kickstart Guide. It contains a very easy-to-follow shopping list with all the produce needed to juice the nine 16 oz juices you’ll be drinking during and after the holiday (or whenever you choose to begin). 

All you have to do is tack on this grocery list to the one you already have for your holiday, and you’re good to go!

SECOND – you’ll review the recipes, directions, and everything included in the step-by-step guided download. Make note of any questions you may have for when we go live. 

THIRD – join us LIVE in our private Facebook group two different times. The first time I’ll go over everything with you and answer any questions. The second time we go live is right before we’re going to start juicing so I can fully support you as you get started. I’ll also be available to answer and help when you’re juicing.

FOURTH – I’m going to teach you how to juice in a way that will yield the most juice, reduce waste, and improve taste and longevity. There is no special equipment needed besides a juicer and blender. This method is concise and very easy to do. Then you’ll store your juices in a very specific way to save for and after your holiday dinners (no, they won’t spoil or lose their potency).

LASTLY – you’ll have three 16oz juices to drink for the next three days in between your regular meals. Start right after dinner or we recommend starting a little later that evening (all outlined in the program).

  • We’ll be covering how to store your juices for optimum freshness and flavor.
  • When and how to drink juices each day.
  • I’ll be answering any and all of your questions to make sure you are set up properly and ready to go.

IF YOU’RE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE LIVE, the videos will automatically be saved in our FB group, along with any comments, for you to go back and replay. 

And, you’ll still be able to message me any questions and I’ll answer them right in the chat. You won’t miss out just because you weren’t able to make it live.
