Silent Counseling
Silent Counseling is a simple, safe, and powerful non-invasive meridian therapy that targets negative emotions back to the root cause. It is used to address the pain caused by negative emotions and thought patterns.
In Silent Counseling, you don’t need to talk about the problem, relive any scenarios, or change thought patterning.
We remain focused on the trapped emotion and identify the root cause – whether it’s a physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual issue – so it helps you identify which of the four bodies you are storing it.
Then we work to release it using a specific breath work pattern coupled with pressing on the meridian touch points.
Being a gentle and non-invasive technique using muscle testing to communicate with the subconscious body, it is also used to help test for food sensitivities, and help children ages 6 and up with negative emotions they may be experiencing.

WHAT TO WORK ON
The best way to work through resistances or blocks is to first identify what one may be. Most of the time they are pretty prevalent and repeat themselves in our lives. If you’re unsure, you might uncover a limiting belief through a journaling session or via my Shifting Wellness Workbook which helps uncover blocks keeping you from embodying the life you came to create.
A resistance or block can manifest itself in many ways but think of a feeling that keeps holding you back or keeping you stuck from fully accomplishing any goals you may have. That’s what you work on.
You can see the client examples above, however, you can work on anything related to developing or maintaining a healthy body, reducing if not releasing but you can work on resistance to eating healthy and caring for the body, cease being angry at someone or something that causes you stress and anxiety you no longer wish to hold on to, and any limiting beliefs keeping you from doing XYZ.
By addressing the root cause of distress by focusing on the negative emotional burdens and discharging them, you’re able to breathe again and continue working on growing your soul.
It’s important to know Silent Counseling des nothing directly to the structure of the brain nor its biochemistry and does nothing to change deeply held “core” beliefs. Nor does it need the reliving of past traumas and fears.

Sessions can be held in person if you’re local, or via Zoom or FB messenger calls. Depending on what you choose to work on, the session averages anywhere between 60-75 minutes and are currently $55 per session.
